Here's what you should you know about the offer
- Important dates: You can apply for this offer from 1 April 2025 and submit your Letter of Acceptance to Discovery Bank by 30 June 2025 to qualify to have your bond registration fee covered in full on eligible home loans.
- Home loan value: The home loan value must be at least R1 million. For home loan values of R3 million or more, only the bond registration fee on the first R3 million will be covered up to R30,000. For loans above R3 million, a bond registration fee discount of 50% is applicable.
- Other fees: Please note that all other fees, such as bond cancellation fees, initiation fees, and Deeds Office fees, will still apply.
Remember that as a Discovery Bank client, you get a personalised interest rate, plus a further discount of up to 1%. And because you're a Discovery employee, you can get an additional fixed 0.5% discount. This gives you a total saving of up to 1.5%.
